Winter time on the farm is prime time for kale and we are always looking for new ways to use it. Fresh dill and cilantro add a punch of flavor, and crunchy roasted almonds bring some texture to the mix. We omitted the feta because we’re cutting back on dairy and also skipped the red onion because I didn’t have one. This salad is not only delicious but super healthy, I hope you enjoy it too.
